Users of Repliq may request deletion of their account and associated data at any time.
To submit a deletion request, please email:

- Business name
- Registered email address
- WhatsApp phone number associated with the account
- Subject: Data Deletion Request
2. Information We Delete
Upon verification of the request, ARBEIT will take reasonable steps to delete:
- Account information
- Business configuration data
- Connected WhatsApp integration records
- Conversation history stored by Repliq
- Associated platform data no longer required for service operation
3. Retained Information
Certain information may be retained where required by law, necessary for fraud prevention, security investigations, dispute resolution, or compliance with legal obligations.
4. Processing Time
Verified deletion requests are generally processed within 30 days of successful verification.
