By accessing or using Repliq by ARBEIT ("Repliq", "ARBEIT", "we", "our", or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Repliq is a WhatsApp business automation platform that enables businesses to automate customer communications using artificial intelligence and integrations with Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform.

The Service may include:

• AI-generated customer responses
• WhatsApp message automation
• Customer conversation management
• Business information management
• Analytics and reporting tools
• Additional features introduced in future updates

3. Eligibility

Repliq is intended for legitimate businesses and business operators.

Access to the platform is granted only after approval by ARBEIT.

We reserve the right to accept, reject, suspend, or revoke access to any account at our sole discretion.

4. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Providing accurate business information
• Ensuring information provided to Repliq remains current
• Monitoring conversations conducted through the platform
• Complying with all applicable laws and regulations

You are responsible for all activity occurring under your account.

5. Business Information and Content

You retain ownership of the information and content you submit to Repliq, including:

• Business details
• Menus
• Pricing information
• Policies
• FAQs
• Product and service descriptions
• Business rules and operating procedures

By submitting such content, you grant ARBEIT permission to use, process, store, and display that information as necessary to provide the Service.

6. WhatsApp and Meta Integration

Repliq integrates with services provided by Meta Platforms, Inc., including the WhatsApp Business Platform.

Your use of Meta and WhatsApp services remains subject to Meta's applicable terms, policies, and requirements.

ARBEIT is not affiliated with or endorsed by Meta except where explicitly stated.

7. AI-Generated Responses

Repliq uses artificial intelligence to generate automated responses.

While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated responses may occasionally contain errors, inaccuracies, omissions, or outdated information.

You acknowledge and agree that:

• AI outputs should not be considered guaranteed accurate.
• You are responsible for reviewing and monitoring conversations.
• Business decisions should not rely solely on AI-generated content.
• ARBEIT is not responsible for losses arising from inaccurate AI responses.

The Service is provided on an "as-is" basis.

8. Prohibited Activities

You may not use Repliq to:

• Conduct illegal activities
• Facilitate fraud or scams
• Distribute malware or malicious content
• Engaging in phishing activities
• Send unlawful spam
• Harass, threaten, or abuse individuals
• Violate Meta or WhatsApp policies
• Misrepresent products, services, or business practices

ARBEIT reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts engaged in prohibited activities.

Where appropriate, ARBEIT may report suspected unlawful activity to Meta, law enforcement authorities, or relevant regulatory agencies.

9. Fees and Payments

Certain features of Repliq may require payment.

Pricing may vary between customers and service agreements.

Failure to pay applicable fees may result in suspension or termination of service.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, fees are non-refundable.

10. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

The Service may be modified, suspended, updated, or discontinued at any time without prior notice.

11. Suspension and Termination

ARBEIT may suspend or terminate access to the Service for reasons including:

• Violation of these Terms
• Non-payment of fees
• Fraudulent or unlawful activity
• Abuse of the platform
• Security concerns

Upon termination, access to the Service may be revoked immediately.

12. Data Deletion

Users may request deletion of their account and associated data.

Upon verification and processing of such requests, ARBEIT will take reasonable steps to permanently remove applicable data from active systems.

Certain information may be retained where required by law or for legitimate business purposes such as security, dispute resolution, or legal compliance.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ARBEIT shall not be liable for:

• Business losses
• Loss of profits
• Loss of customers
• Service interruptions
• AI-generated inaccuracies
• Third-party platform outages
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Your use of the Service is at your own risk.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Kerala, India.
